If you have an original VG-8 and access to an S-1 card you can upgrade your VG-8 to a VG-8EX with this program. If you don't have an S-1 card but are in the Seattle area send me an e-mail and I can help you out. Outside of the Seattle area, go to http://www.vg-8.com/upgrade/ and check the folks on the list.
