I got a body from a guy named Kevin on the TDPRI discussion board. It's got a contoured heel, tummy cut, and arm contour. Nice swamp ash. Not too heavy. The neck is a one piece wenge from WD Music. This is much cooler in person. It felt really good. The pickups are EMG Silver Anniversary 81's. These surprised me. Very articulate pickups that cleaned up very well. The body color didn't turn out the way I wanted. In retrospect, I should have left it natural (see below). The neck and body were finished in TruOil which is the stuff used for finishing gunstocks. This got traded towards a Jackson Student Rhoads.
